shipping

Because each order is prepared in our studio - orders can sometimes take a few days to go out. 

Complimentary delivery within the United Kingdom. Please allow 3-5 days from ship date for delivery within the United Kingdom. Tracking information is included with a confirmation note once your order has been shipped. Additional shipping costs for returns, rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, Hamish Thwaites is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend ensuring a secure delivery location. 

returns/exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery for an exchange or a refund, and must be dispatched within 14 days of return request confirmation. Returned merchandise must be in original condition with the original tags attached. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

To return merchandise, email info@hamishthwaites.com for return authorization and correct return address. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. All return shipments must be sent with ‘Signature Required’ delivery - any packages sent without this option that are not delivered will not be refunded.
